Build the Future of Lighting and Photonics with 3LED Group

LEDdynamics was acquired by 3LED in 2025 and is part of its group of companies. At 3LED Group, we're building a different kind of manufacturing and technology company. Our businesses span LED technology, optics, electronics, lighting systems, software, and manufacturing, serving customers across commercial, industrial, architectural, and OEM markets. Through brands including Fusion Optix, LEDdynamics, LEDSupply, Prolume Lighting, and Xico Lighting, we develop and manufacture products that help bring innovative ideas to life.

What makes 3LED unique is the combination of entrepreneurial energy and long-term investment. Team members have the opportunity to make a visible impact within their local business while collaborating across a broader organization of engineers, operations leaders, product specialists, sales professionals, and manufacturing experts.

Whether based at our headquarters just outside Boston or at our manufacturing operations in Randolph, Vermont, employees benefit from working within a larger platform that offers exposure to multiple technologies, products, customers, and career paths. Collaboration across locations is a core part of how we operate, creating opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute beyond a single department or facility.

We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, building systems, improving processes, supporting customers, and helping businesses grow. If you're motivated by the opportunity to create lasting impact and be part of a team that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
